Julie talks to Jenipher Lyn, an artist and illustrator on a mission to encourage and inspire young girls and women who are struggling with negative thoughts about themselves and low self-esteem. After spending years feeling depressed, lonely and not good enough, Jenipher began a nightly drawing routine to help her deal with her depression and anxiety.
